Salon Policies

By making a reservation with us, you are acknowledging and accepting this policy. You will be held responsible for any charges incurred if there is no credit card on file. We kindly request your understanding that late cancellations, changes, and no-show appointments have a significant impact on our small business and staff. Once a time slot has been reserved with a stylist and/or makeup artist, it is difficult for us to fill that spot with another client. Unpaid late cancellations and no-show appointments will result in the inability to schedule future appointments with us.

Appointments that are canceled or changed within 2 hours or less notice before the scheduled service will incur a fee of $35.

No-Show Policy: Any appointment that is missed will be charged the full amount of the service to the credit card on file. We understand that emergencies and last-minute schedule changes can occur, but we kindly request that you give us at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Appointments will be considered a no-show if the client is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled time.

Please be aware that punctuality is crucial. We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment, as our express services are scheduled to utilize the full allocated booking time. If you are running late and we are unable to complete your service before the next scheduled appointment, we regretfully cannot make other customers wait and will need to reschedule your appointment. However, we always strive to accommodate late arrivals to the best of our ability. Late arrivals that cannot be accommodated and miss the appointment window will incur a $35 late cancellation fee. For customers with longer, thicker, or curly hair, we kindly request that you contact the salon to schedule your appointment. This will allow us to allocate the necessary amount of time for your service. If you’re unsure, we offer complimentary phone or walk-in consultations.

Hair Extention Policy: We take great care in servicing clients with extensions, ensuring utmost caution during our services. However, we cannot guarantee the prevention of delicate extensions from loosening or coming off during the process.

Curls Policy: Our primary goal at Curls is to provide each client with a stunning and long-lasting blowout, ensuring that they leave our salon feeling and looking their absolute best. Our highly trained stylists employ the finest tools, products, and techniques in the industry to ensure that our styles stand the test of time. However, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee the longevity of curls and volume for an extended period. Numerous external factors, such as hair type, length, weight, haircut, weather conditions including wind, heat, and moisture, as well as how often the hair is touched, can all influence the lifespan of a hairstyle. Despite these variables, we are committed to doing everything within our power to achieve a style that lasts.

Return/Refund Policy: To prioritize hygiene and ensure the quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used items. We encourage you to try our products in the salon before making a purchase. However, if you have unopened items, we are happy to process returns within 7 days of purchase confirmation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Bloom maintains the discretion to decline any return or exchange requests. Kindly be aware that Bloom gift cards are non-returnable and should be treated as valuable as cash; they cannot be replaced in the event of loss or theft.

Service Refusal Policy: We maintain the privilege to decline service to any client due to improper conduct, lateness, failure to show up, posing a risk to health, or any other situation that we consider inappropriate.

We kindly request that you refrain from bringing young children to salon appointments if they cannot be properly supervised during your service. Our salon has hot tools and other potential hazards that could jeopardize their safety. Additionally, we have a limited waiting area with seats that need to be available for our valued customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We request that you refrain from bringing pets to salon appointments unless they are certified service animals. While we adore animals, we understand that not everyone shares the same sentiment. Some clients may have allergies or fears related to pets. Additionally, for the safety of our staff and clients, especially in our compact salon space, it is best to minimize the presence of pets while hot tools are in use.
